Employment: Full Time

As the Product Manager Business Mobile you will be responsible of managing lifecycle of Mobile Voice and Data product portfolio for business customers.  Maintaining and controlling specifications for these products taking customer concerns, business processes, organisation, cost and vendor product limitations into account. Manage cross-functional projects related to the assigned products and services.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be analysing existing market insight and mandate new market research and competitive analysis as a basis for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio in his/her domain. You will be developing, maintaining and controlling detailed specifications for products and services in his/her domain. You will also make sure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQ etc. are available and up to date for his/her products and services.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:

Working with peers to develop bundles
Working with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes
Co-ordinating implementation of products between network and IT, Customer Service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications
Performing Sales and Customer Service training (train the trainer)
Providing input for user guides, user interfaces etc.
Conducting UAT to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed
Managing the go-to-market process
Monitoring product performance in terms of uptake, usage and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate actions to further develop his/her products in terms of revenues and margins
Proactively manage product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans
Having an updated knowledge on competitor products and initiatives

Requirements

To be considered, you must have a university degree. A minimum of 8 years of related working experience in a Telecom Industry is preferred, demonstrated at least 4 year's working experience in product development and management.

* Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills a plus
