Senior Production Services Specialist - Qatar

Our client is a global network of sports channels with headquarters across the Middle East, France, Indonesia and the US is currently undergoing significant executive talent growth given its formation in 2012. The firm currently operates and provides services across the Middle East, North Africa, France, USA, Indonesia, Canada, Hong Kong and Thailand. They are currently seeking a Senior Production Services Specialist to manage and deliver all onsite coverage for their Channels across the globe.
Reporting to the Manager of Production Services, you will be responsible for the following:
- Produce all channels production budgets to create the most cost effective coverage.
- Organise all onsite unilateral facilities for Company events outside of Qatar.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for both productions and satellite access.
- Create the timetable of events available for broadcast.
- Work with Fiancne to clarify any queries regarding services received.
- Generating invoices for any outsourced technical requests.
- Create and distribute the timetable of events for the channels.
- Develop and train Production Services Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Economics or comparable discipline is essential.
- A minimum of 4-5 years professional experience in Production or related field is essential.
- Knowledge of Production Cycles and experience in managing the logistics of timetabling Channel coverage and events.
- Good Budgeting and Legal Contract knowledge is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking and organisational skills are also essential.
