Senior Programme Development and Controls Manager
Location: Qatar

The regions leading construction consultancy requires a Programme Development and control manager
The role will involve managing Change Control and develop and update the programme baseline periodically and maintain the integrity of this baseline through robust/structured incorporation of approved changes through the life of the programme. Provide schedule impact assessment information in support of client driven change control proposals. Validate suppliers schedule impact assessment submissions in support of the contract baseline change control process.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

It is essential to be an expert in the development, management, analysis and update of fully cost loaded construction project/programme baselines within a Primavera P6 database.
Qualified to at least degree level ideally Engineering based and ideally with a post graduate professional qualification.
Extensive experience of maintaining project and programme performance baselines and their utilisation in generating earned value based management information.
Experience of complex construction projects and programmes
Minimum of 14 years experience post degree of which at least 5 must be in a similar role such as Change Manager or Project Controls Manager.
