Job description / Role
Job Purpose
* Report to Head of Project Controls.
* Establish initial project budgets and prepare subsequent budget updates for all design and/or construction activities based on an estimate of the selected design alternatives.
* Review trend analyses, budget updates and recommendations for corrective action to assure compliance with company requirements.
Requirements
The requirements for the roles are as follows:
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimating
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control for projects
* 10 years of similar experience in large organizations.
* Experience in Minor Capital Project Expenditure.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Good computer skills especially spreadsheets type programs.
* Excellent skills in Primavera and databases
