The RoleThe RoleOur Client: Our client is a leading EPC / Engineering contractor with clients and projects globally. To assist in PMC activities on a major gas processing and storage facility in the UAE we are now looking to hire an experienced Project Controls Engineer on a long term appointment to be based at the project in Abu Dhabi The Role: We are keen to receive applications from candidates with the following skills and experience: - Monitoring and review of EPC and contractor schedules - Weekly and monthly reports to both internal project teams and to the client - Attendance on site to audit project delivery against baseline schedule - Applying earned value and strategic planning review techniques in improving EPC and contractor performance - Regular interface with client representatives |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential Experience and Qualifications: - 5-8 years Project Controls experience to include previous employment on PMC projects - Capability to use and review Primavera P3/P6 schedules - Previous gas projects experience in the Middle East - Degree educated |
