Job description / Role
- Establish and review project schedules
- Maintain Schedule Control Procedure
- Review and monitor the Project Execution Plan
- Review and monitor physical progress at Site and compare that with schedules
- Review and verify the progress measurement claimed by EPC Contractor with the actual physical progress at Site for invoicing purpose
- Analyze schedule trends, physical progress and resource performance
- Review the schedule and identify problematic areas Risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis and identification of mitigation measures
- Plan and initiate corrective actions
- Review and verify progress reports
- Coordinate with various departments for project control related activities
- Review / prepare Change Orders
- Support document controller for management of Document Management System
- Support document controller for taking over final hand over documents from EPC Contractor and organize them
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering necessary
- Additional professional qualification is an advantage
- PMP certification will be an added qualification
Functional Knowledge:
- Relevant experience in Refinery / Petrochemical sector - Must have minimum 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Knowledge of Primavera necessary
- Knowledge of MS Office applications necessary
- Experience in monitoring and coordinating activities of Project Management Consultant, Licensors, Major Suppliers, EPC contractor and Major Subcontractors necessary
- Experience in planning and performing project control activities necessary
- Experience in Oil and Gas projects necessary
- Experience working of EPC Phase of the project, particularly during construction phase
Leadership and Interpersonal:
- Proven effectiveness in analysis, execution, delivering results, promotion of team work required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer orientation required
Language:
- English (fluent) required
