Senior Project Manager - Casual Dining - Kuwait
With more than 750 cafes, stores and restaurants the Alshaya Food division offers a range of roles for different hospitality backgrounds. Brands such as The Cheesecake Factory, Starbucks, P.F. Changs, Pizza Express and Shake Shack provide everything from quick service and casual up to fine dining. We launched 8 new brands across 2012 and 2013 and have more planned for 2014.
The role:
With the ability to generate innovation, you will take ownership of the Division's image and work collaboratively with inter-departmental stakeholders. You will lead and support the production of innovative and professional food solutions to drive profitability and brand awareness and be responsible for communicating new products, rationalisation and concept developments across the region.
You should have at least 6 years' relevant management experience and previous exposure to a franchise business would be advantageous.We are looking for an individual who excels in planning, organising, implementing and getting results.
Requirements
* Excellent English language skills - required to proofread documents
* Organised with a structured approach to projects
* Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels in the division
* Proactive with strong implementation skills
* Background in training or food industry will be an advantage.
