Senior Project Manager - Fit Out - Arabic Speaking

Job description / Role

Seeking a Senior Project Manager for Interior Fit-out work in the UAE

The Chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the the fitout of hotel and palace projects from inception to completion so must have design, commercial and project execution experience of 5 star projects.

Project values will be minimum AED 100 million so must have completed individual projects of at least this value

Arabic speakers preferred.

Requirements

- Must have at least 15 years experience in the field of Interior fit-out.

- Must have experience as a Senior Project Manager.

- Must have Engineering or Construction Management Degree.

- Must have worked on 5 star fitout projects to the value of minimum AED 100 million.

- Arabic speaker.
