Job description / Role
We are on assignment with a leading, International Project Management consultancy, who due to continued success have an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager on a landmark high-rise development in Doha, Qatar.
Our client has an unsurpassed reputation of success and are growing at a rapid rate, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Middle East’s most respected companies.
This ‘iconic’ project is in design phase, so my client is seeking an individual who has relevant pre-contract design experience, (candidates without this key experience will not be considered). It is expected that you will continue to lead the project into its construction phase.
Our client is seeking a high caliber individual, who has the gravitas and experience to lead a multi-cultural team and who has excellent client facing skills.
Requirements
-Must possess a Required Qualification, i.e. BSc/BEng in Architectural civil engineering.
-Preferably a Chartered Engineer from recognised professional body.
-Must have 15+ years. Design/construction experience of large Building projects.
-Must have minimum 7 years’ experience in High Rise Tower projects of 45 floors+
-Strong & Sound knowledge for Project Management in both design and construction stages.
-Must have previous working experience in the GCC
