Job description / Role
Seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven and extensive experience in the Interior Design and Fit-Out Sector in the Middle East
* Take control and ownership of complete project execution on time and within budget in accordance with internal ISO procedures and the Client's requirements.
* Reporting of the Projects Department status to the Corporate Management Team on a regular basis.
* Must have experience managing the program, commercial aspects, procurement and execution of large contracts independantly including subcontractor management, and liaising with client and consultant
Requirements
* Must have over 15 years experience in High End Fit-Out and Joinery works
* Middle East experience is essential and ideal candidate already located in UAE
* Able to Manage projects of value AED 20 million from inception to completion independantly
* Education Qualification of Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
