The RoleThe RoleSenior Project Manager (MEP) – Bahrain (Hotel) Our client is a leading multinational engineering services provider with annual revenues of over €500M, provide the highest levels of expertise across their four key business areas of mechanical, electrical, fire protection and data technologies engineering. Due to continued expansion and winning new projects they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager for a €50M (MEP) high rise luxury hotel project in Bahrain. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will be degree qualified in building services and have experience on similar sized projects with middle east experience an advantage but not essential. Requirements • Proven track record of completing a large scale MEP project from startup to completion including full commercial responsibility. • Managing a large multi-disciplined team • Must have either a mechanical or electrical background but have a solid understanding of both. • Be familiar with standard reporting systems and be capable of producing project status reports. • Must be able to balance a relationship with client and major stakeholders between developing a relationship and contractual correspondence when required.
