The Role

Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Programme Director, responsible for the delivery of a large section of on a multi-billion dollar Cultural / Entertainment / Leisure scheme.

Responsible for leading the scheme through design, procurement and delivery, handing over a quality, timely product that is within budget.

Responsible for managing the sub-consultants and contractors who will supervise and drive the nominated sub-contractors.

Part of the senior management team in a client facing role.

Requirements

Required Experience

- 14 - 20 years post-graduation experience in construction or engineering.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple parties.
- Able to build, develop and integrate within teams.
- Major Project Experience essential.

Education

- Bachelors Degree Qualification in a Construction or Engineering related profession is essential.
- Must have a minimum of 14 years Post Graduate experience.
- Chartered status or Member of a professional institution, preferred.
