RequirementsRequirementsThe successful Project Manager is required to take on the client representative role, previous Project Management experienced in a similar role is essential. The successful Project Manager will ideally have previous exposure to construction management of high-rise towers. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overall project control and directing the professional consultants and assuming responsibility assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the Project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters. Project Managers applying should possess excellent communication, inter-personal skills, leadership qualities and negotiation skills. You will ideally be degree education in a related construction discipline and have previous Middle East experience.
