Job description / Role
- Develop QA Policies & Procedures.
- Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure controls standards are being met for key business processes defined.
- Determine the adequate casuistic to be considered when required.
- Define the set of QA KPIs.
- Establishing the QA annual goals ensuring the full alignment with client strategy and initiatives.
- Annual Plan of quality assurance activities and expected deliverables.
- Identify requirements of internal & external resources according to the plan and goals defined.
- Definition of RFPs when external services are required to meet the annual plan.
- Develop and implement annual plan monitoring schedule.
- Define QA database base on which could be assessed the evolution of QA KPIs.
- Design and implement control reports: status of QA Annual Plan & evolution of QA KPIs.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Water Industry
- Experienced in Quality Assurance functions
- MS Preferred
