The RoleThe RoleI need a senior PM for a major Hotel development in Cairo to work for the contractor on delivery and Administer, co-ordinate and manage all activities associated with the design, procurement, construction, Fit Out, safety, commissioning and handover of the project. Carry out supervision and liaison with the Specialist vendors, Design Team and Hotel Operator including monitoring and directing site works. Procure, appoint and manage Project Design and Sub contractors and their liaison with the Contractor. Procuring all provisional sum sub-contracts. Review any value engineering opportunities to the design. Manage the hotel operator requirements and expectations in the design and project delivery. Liaise with authorities and third parties on consents and required permits. Identify any potential or actual delays to the program, take necessary remedial action to correct and provide recommendations to the Employer, implementing such measures. Monitor all commercial aspects including creating and monitoring budgets, carrying out value engineering, approving variations and contractor valuations. Implement and maintain a change management system. Produce Executive reports identifying critical issues and provide recommendations for resolution to the Employer. Expected package is around 65-70AED per month. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates should be expert in the delivery of Hospitality and /or CAT A projects. You will be a degree Qualified construction professional with 20 years industry experience in delivery of major hospitality projects. Degree in either Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Etc. chartered would also be an advantage in MICE or MCIOB etc. You should have an exception health and safety record. |
