Job description / Role
TGP are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing Interior Design Team.
TGP is a Dubai based company specialising in exhibition stand design and construction, conferences, event management, turn-key digital solutions and commercial interiors.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be involved with the following:
1. Overseeing the field operations and management of contractors and sub-contractors.
2. Work with the Project Contractor and Owners to solve challenges related to the project schedule and budget.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety plans and standards.
4. Track and report on progress on each project, including detailed daily reports.
Requirements
In this busy and varied role you will need:
1. 10 years of Interior Fit Out project management experience in a variety of industries and clients.
2. Experience in managing large scale project, particularly in the F&B, Retail and Commercial Sectors.
3. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Good knowledge of construction techniques and health and safety requirements.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
