The RoleThe RoleOur client is urgently seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a residential position based in Cairo, Egypt. The candidate must have experience of working on large construction project. Accountabilities: Overview of all project activities Actively participate on implementation issues within the projects senior management team Prepare and conduct presentations to clients and potential clients Develop clients focused environment within the organisation emphasis on the companys value for clients Resolve conflicts that may arise with clients and establish strong relations with them for the purpose of business growth in the interest of the company Establish at an early stage and manage a project core team that can interact with the client and conduct constructability reviews as required by the project Direct the review and assess the integrity , frequency and value of all reporting, establish revised systems where necessary to ensure that project management has the necessary up to date information to effectively manage the project to meet its objectives, providing any required reporting to managing office. Experience: Extensive experience of working on a breadth of heavy construction projects involving in-depth knowledge of several engineering disciplines A high level EPC experience/exposure provide track record of project managing Experience should cover site and office exposure with approximately 70% being site based High order of cost awareness Excellent organization skills General Terms and Conditions: Salary Fully negotiable paid net of any local taxation paid monthly Family Status Single or family according to the agreement Accommodation Provided with furnished accommodation in the compound of the company Annual Leave Works 105 days then has 15 days off Flights Provided economy class on start and termination of employment If you wish to be considered for the above position, please apply now online. |
