Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Guam - South Pacific
Salary: $100,000 base salary + Full Expat Benefits Package.

I am seeking a Project Manager to work on the small but beautiful Island of Guam, which is an American territory in the south pacific islands between Hawaii and the Philippines.
My client is a global consulting firm with 17 offices around the world and nearly 600 diverse employees that include engineers, architects, planners, construction specialists and program managers. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on large Urban Development projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate shall have a BSCE with P.E. registration, 10-15 years minimum experience. Program Management experience of $10 Billion including civil and urban development. Experience in South Pacific/Island preferred but not essential. This position will be responsible for the financial management of large scale programs with multiple funding services. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing multiple political interests including military. Must be able to show success in developing and scaling large program teams for multi-year programs.
