Job description / Role
Reporting to the COO
Arabic & English speaking only.
• Developing Real Estate & Hospitality projects in the city
• Work dynamically with Contractors and Consultants
• Lead Design development from idea through to Construction & portfolio management
• Oversee multiple ongoing projects; malls, restaurants, hotels etc.
• Management of Architects & Design teams
• Oversee tendering & consulting
• Overseeing budgets & project controllers
• Project management value SR 50million – SR 400million
Requirements
• Minimum 7 – 10 years / 3 – 4 ME experience
• Development management experience in Real Estate & Hospitality industry
• Arabic speaking
• Flexibility in experience; RE & Hospitality would be advantageous
• Background with single project portfolio
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to work under pressure
