Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Design orientated Architecture practice have a unique set up in terms of design approach and client base. A secured client network and repeat work across Hotel, Mixed Use, Largescale Retail projects across KSA.
- Very team orientated and no hierarchy led, this design studio seek a Senior Project Manager to lead projects.
- Liaising with clients, and managing sub consultants, adding expertise from a Structure/Civil angle, and helping to manage an internal team.
- Overseeing projects from design to completion, making site visits and helping to produce technical documentation.. this person will be hands on and be able to multi task multiple projects.

Requirements

This individual will have around 15 - 20 years post graduation of a Degree in Civil Engineering, and have worked within Design consultancies, delivering projects from building design to delivery, to construction/on site activities.

Exposure to retail, mixed use and hotel schemes of large-scale, this individual will be technically strong, have excellent communication skills and a team orientated ethos in working.
