The RoleThe RoleSenior Project Manager (for Construction Contractor side) with previous experience of (on-site) management of large scale buildings Projects in Construction contractor firms. Have managed projects with value over 500 million USD and delivered them on time and within budget. The role will be site based so the required candidate must have strong project management experience and be confident in all duties of a Project Manager including construction management, progress reports, commissioning and ultimate handover. The role will have aspects of design, commercial and procurement but focus is on the management of the structure and building work. Manage, plan and successfully execute High Rise and Mid Rise buildings & towers, management experience with proven leadership qualities, able to liaise on closely with client and subcontractors, familiar with contracts administration, computer literate and able to communicate fluently in English. • Review the contract documents, specifications and drawings. • Review the manpower requirements of the project. • Review the equipment and plant requirements for the project. • Responsible for the financial profitability of the project, supervising project team, coordinating the overall project and field construction works. • Control construction activities and production output. • Preparation and submission of weekly reports to the Senior Management of the Company. • Follow up subcontractor works in addition to reviewing their progress. |
RequirementsRequirements• Degree in Civil Engineering from a well reputed University. • Having minimum of 15 years of experience as Project Manager/Director in reputed large Construction Company(s). • Must have experience in handling large commercial High-Rise and Mid-Rise Projects. • Additional GCC experience is preferred Very Attractive Tax-Free package. |
