The Role


The Role


Our client is owned by the largest real estate developer in Qatar, they provide leading project management services for major construction and infrastructure projects worldwide. As a Senior Project Manager you will run a major island project with a focus on key infrastructure works, master planning and bridges.

Reporting to the Project Director you will take a leadership role in the delivery of multiple projects in accordance with the development brief and within agreed cost, time and quality parameters. In addition you will be required to contribute to the development of the departmentís portfolio wide strategic initiatives.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for championing strategic initiatives to develop best practice as well as effectively manage pre-development, development feasibility and cost control, construction delivery, post construction and project close. Management of individual team memberís personal, corporate and project objectives and maintaining good relationships with all major consultant and contracting groups is crucial to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelors Degree in construction or engineering coupled with PMP certification. You should possess over ten years experience managing international projects worth over USD 100 million as well as having a proven track record in delivering key infrastructure programmes and managing large teams within strict cost and time parameters.

Salary - QAR 60,000 Per Month
