Senior Project Manager - Stadia

To lead the Project Management on a major Sports Stadia project. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role on a major fast track Sports Stadia project through the whole project life-cycle.

- Oversee the scheduling of the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
- Manage on-site EC Harris resource ensuring direction of the Contractors team as per the project schedule
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
- Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project
- Procure supplies and materials to complete construction projects
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site.
- Liaise with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out

Requirements

To lead the Project Management on a major Sports Stadia project. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role on a major fast track Sports Stadia project through the whole project life-cycle.

- Degree Qualified
- Minimum 10 years post graduate experience
- Stadia/Sports Facilities project experience through design to completion
- Stable track record based on projects from inception to completion
- Excellent Communication skills
- Arabic Language advantageous
