Senior Project and Campaign Manager

Job description / Role

A large scale, strategic communications agency is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project and Campaign Manager to support their team in Dubai.

The candidate will be:
A strategic thinker. Able to grasp complex issues within the context of a wider framework (social, political, cultural).
Able to integrate this thinking into effective communications campaigns, define objectives, key messages and develop strategies across all media platforms.
Well networked, a background of working with influencers across the GCC region; specifically in the field of media, public affairs, healthcare and/or humanitarian foundations.
An excellent project manager, organized with attention to detail. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. A track record of managing clients, stakeholders and clients.
Articulate in English and Arabic. Able to present ideas and thinking concisely. Strong verbal and in written skills, regular use of MS Word and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

A Bachelors Degree from a reputable institution.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience across strategic communications, marketing communications, Public and/or Public Affairs.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, coordination and execution roles.
Experience in:
- Managing a team
- Managing budgets and meeting financial target
- Building a network of industry relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Developing proposals
A deep understanding of the Middle East, particularly the Gulf region.
Experience in developing campaigns, organizing events, liaising with ministries, working within the state systems of UAE, KSA, Qatar is a distinct plus.
A can-do attitude. Were a dynamic team and dont subscribe to the 80-20 rule.
