Senior Property Manager – Director Level – Abu Dhabi - Fantastic Opportunity

Long established Western Property Management Company with a considerable secured portfolio business is looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team.

This position will involve the full property management spectrum, from handover to leasing and everything in between. Large mixed use project including retail, commercial and residential.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you shall be responsible for the whole of the property management business including full P&L, budgeting, recruitment and all other business functions relating to the department.

Requirements

12 years experience in a similar capacity with solid man management experience. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years GCC experience delivering the highest standard of property management.
