The RoleThe RoleA leading client with operations across the Middle East are seeking a Property Manager to take responsibility for prestigious residential communities in the UAE. One would manage customer services and a small team, to oversee external parties and carry out property inspections. To esure rent demands are managed, ensure compliance of service charges, client reports, prepare property plans, service contracts and build tenant relationships. Ability to manage a team and oversee daily operations. |
RequirementsRequirementsOne should be based in the UAE or GCC, fluent in Arabic with a depth of residential property experience. The chosen candidate should possess a consistent career history with proven experience managing a large residetial portfolio. One must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage VIP tenants, to ensure rental renewals are maintained and general services are of a high standard from hand over to general operations. |
