My client is a leading property management company in the UAE. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Relationship Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
As a Senior Property Relationship Manager, you will have 3 Relationship Managers reporting to you.
The objectives of the role is to provide leadership in managing the portfolio of the landlords as well as to provide continuous support in problem solving.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree (preferably)
Must be a fluent Arabic speaker. Ability to communicate effectively in English is essential
Strong relationship management experience
Has worked in the real estate industry before
Is currently working in the UAE. Good knowledge of the local culture
Ability to manage VVIPs
Professional, personable and presentable
