Job description / Role
Our client is a Middle Eastern provider of EPC services for Control, Instrumentation and Automation systems for the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.
They are looking to employ 3x Senior Engineers with experience in proposals, estimations or costing for EPC services such as SCADA, F&G, DCS, RTU and other related systems. They are also keen to see Junior Engineers with less experience to take on similar positions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client enquiries, specification, drawing and commercial terms.
- Formulate technical and commercial response with assistance and guidance from other departments as required.
- Generate bill of materials and project costing estimates using departmental standards and procedures.
- Prepare and participate in the review of and submit Technical and Commercial Proposals and clarification responses to the highest standards of accuracy, presentation, and punctuality and in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
- Maintain a full and accurate record during and after the bid submission.
- Attend client, supplier and third party meeting on and offsite as necessary.
- Conduct detailed site surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Control/Instrumentation).
- Minimum 6 years experience in instrumentation and control and EPC projects.
- Experience working in the Middle East is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas/Industrial Automation industry and its standards.
