The ideal candidate for this position should have the following credentials: B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or other related area with a minimum of 15 years project civil engineering/commercial experience. |
RequirementsRequirements- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or other related area with a minimum of 15 years project civil engineering/commercial experience. - Responsible for all commercial activities, financial and contractual aspects of contracts, quantity surveying, cost control, budgeting, contracts and claims preparation, submittable and negotiations. - Candidates must have excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, organizational and computer skills. Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts and perform under challenging situations and MRICS. |
