The RoleThe RoleA major International Construction Consultancy with a strong presence in the Gulf Region is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with wide experience of prestigious projects. The position is at Associate level leading potentially to a Directorship , so it is anticipated any candidate would currently be holding a senior position at a well established organisation in a construction consultancy. Established in this region for many years our client has continued to expand despite the downturn and are looking for experienced career driven people to join this highly successful team. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates must be suitably qualified to degree level and preferably MRICS or equivalent. CV’s should highlight projects undertaken involving prestigious projects which have been completed on time and within budget. It is unlikely a success candidate will have less than 12-15 years experience much of that at senior level. |
