Job description / Role
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a long term project in KSA. We are looking for high calibre candidates who have the ability to work in a professionally challenging environment for a major Middle East client of ours.
Lead, manage and coordinate the production of procurement packages for suppliers and sub-contractors.
Lead, manage and coordinate the development of budget.
Oversee the contractor issuing a request for quotations to suppliers and sub-contractors.
Verifying quotations.
Provide invoices.
Preparation of monthly payment certificates and all supporting documents.
Be able to undertake commercial management services with limited supervision.
Deliver all work outputs in an accurately and timely manner.
Provide support to the Team Leader / Service Leaders.
Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership
Requirements
Skills and Attributes:
Degree qualified.
Arabic Language advantageous.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience.
Experience on Hotel Projects.
Experience on High-Rise projects.
Fluent in English (verbal & written).
