The Role

Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for oversight of the Programme Management Consultants compliance to the contractual agreement and the processes defined.

Development and communication of a strategic assurance programme and objectives to provide a recognised strategy for the establishment and operation of Health Safety & Security, Quality Assurance and Environmental processes and procedures within the programme.

Provide support in establishment of the programmes Health Safety & Security, Quality Assurance and Environmental Policies and ensure they are adhered to and promoted.

Ensure that appropriate techniques, process, procedures and compliance requirements are supported and developed to assure a consistent approach is maintained across programme, with the objective of continual improvement.

Ensure the execution of suitable feedback and lesson learned mechanism to enable a culture of continual improvement within the programme through review of data obtained from assurance processes.

Support the operational project teams in assessing and providing feedback on assurance deliverables.

Ensure appropriate timely escalation, investigation and reporting of incidents / non-conformances including identification of immediate and underlying causes, actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Required Experience

- 14-20 years post-graduation experience in construction or engineering.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Experience in coordinating and managing multiple parties and stakeholders.
- Able to build, develop and integrate within teams.

Education

- Bachelors Degree Qualification in a Construction or Engineering related profession is essential.
- Must have a minimum of 14 years Post Graduate experience.
- Chartered status or Member of a professional institution, preferred.
