The Role


The Role

Our client is a leading construction contractor active in emerging markets. They undertake large industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects for public and private customers principally in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. They are looking for a Senior Quality Manager with contracting experience for their new airport project in Abu Dhabi.
To develop, establish and evaluate the adequacy of specific programs used to train and test inspection, examination, and testing personnel
Qualify, train, certify and supervise all Quality Control personnel
Provide leadership for Quality Control support activities for the project to ensure that products or services provided meet client requirements
Lead development and implementation of Quality Control Programs, procedures, resource allocation, and training
Interacting regularly with the client and project management.

Requirements

To apply for this role you must have 20 years overall experience, 10 years of which should be in similar projects in a senior managerial position- GCC experience - have excellent communication skills - European or English educated candidates would be preferred.
Proficiency in the use of computers and software packages needed to support the documentation, analysis and retention of quality records.
