Employment: Full Time

Our client, a high profile UK contractor with an unsurpassed international reputation, seeks a site based Senior QS/Commercial Manager for a start up business. The role will report into the UAE Commercial Director and will interface with a British Project Manager. The role offers opportunity to progress to Regional Commercial Manager.

The project is a high specification residential development, the initial phase is valued at circa £10million and commences on site in August/September 2012. This is a joint venture project with a major developer.

Requirements

The Candidate
• Single status preferred
• Previous Middle East or Asian experience, circa 3 years plus
• Minimum of 10 years commercial experience gained in the building sector, preferably with a major UK contractor
• Experience of negotiating procurement strategies, supply chain initiatives, strategic alliances and overhead reporting.
• BSc. Qualified, working towards RICS.
• The position is open to Indian or Ex-Pat candidates
