Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager (Aviation)

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with Post Contract experience for a major airport project in the United Arab Emirates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cost Management of various sub contract trade packages including;

Approximate cost estimating for variations and CAD re-measurement

Checking and agreeing parts of the monthly payment application.

Review and agreement of Contractor’s variation cost submissions.

Ability to converse with the Client and various contractors and negotiate agreement of account item

Ability to prepare cost reports based on established excel templates and write supporting narrative.

Requirements

MRICS qualified or working towards

Degree + relevant professional qualification

Post Contract project experience

Experience of having previously worked in the Middle East is desirable but not essential.

Experience of working on an airport expansion project is highly desirable.
