The RoleThe RoleObjective: To perform all tasks related to Tendering and Estimation. Main responsibilities : Review Tender Drawings and Documents; Prepare and Float Tender Quotations; Generate BOQ / BOM; Analyze and Compare Supplier Quotations; Compile and Submit Tender; Follow up results and Queries after submission, Etc... Reporting to : Estimation Manager. Subordinates : Junior QS, Secretary. Other interactions : MEP Department, Suppliers. Number required : Five. Duration : Permanent Position. Desired start date : Immediate. Probation : 3 to 6 months. Working hours : Sun - Thurs, 8am - 6pm. Travel requirements : Not Applicable. Gross monthly base salary : Package Basis based on experience. Commission / Bonus : Package Basis based on performance. Other Benefits : Package Basis based on condition. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : BSc or BEng - Civil Engineering. Other certifications : Will be considered. Previous experience : At least 5 years in a reputed Dubai based construction company. Specialist knowledge : Computer skills (must have excellent hands on experience using MS Office, AutoCad 2012, Pimavera P6, Etc...). Other Skills : Good Communication Skills. Ideal Age Range : Up to 39. Gender Preference : No Preference. Nationality Preference: No Preference. Language Skills : English, Arabic, Indian. Current Residence : UAE Only. |
