The RoleThe RoleWe are currently working with a major Contracting firm who are involved with one of the largest projects in Tunisia. Employment will be initially in Dubai moving to Tunisia within 2-3 months. Candidates who are currently in Dubai will be given preference. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will also have experience of pricing, estimation, tender, BOQ and specifications. Your responsibilities will include site visits, ensuring the construction is carried out within the available budget, claim management, contracts and estimations of variations. A working knowledge of high rise projects is preferred and a stable career history is essential. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, preferably with a degree in Quantity Surveying. A professional accreditation such as MRICS would be an advantage, as would knowledge of FIDIC. A working knowledge of Business French is not essential but would be advantageous for this role. |
