Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 40000 SAR Full Package
Job type: Commercial
Our client, who is one of the leading international consultancies, requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in Makkah, and therefore must be a Muslim, to work on an exciting Mixed Use Development in Saudi Arabia.
A successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost estimates for internationally recognized mega-projects.
Duties
Prepare evaluations, cost projections to meet requirements of works in progress.
Recommend procurement methods
Submitting invoices, escalations and claims for ongoing projects, sorting out pending and disputed payments.
Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports
Requirements
Requirements
Must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or at least Engineering
Working knowledge of FIDIC
Relevant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Mixed use development experience
Consultancy background preferred
Must be a Muslim due to Saudi Arabia Law
MRICS or recognised chartered member preferred
