This consultant delivers a portfolio of services along this life cycle, from concept through design and construction to the management and maintenance of a project or asset. They are one of the leading asset management and construction consultants, established for more than 100 years.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- We are urgently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyors for positions that are available in Kuwait.
- Assist in preparation of tender documentation and tender analysis for consultants or contractors.
- Assist in selecting, negotiating and forming contracts.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC and other forms of contract.
- Change management, provision of estimates and overall budget control.
- Post contract administration services of consultants and contractors.
- Review of variations, claims, quantum and provision of contractual advice.
- Review of valuations in a timely order.

Requirements

- A degree in Quantity Surveying.
- More than 10 years postgraduate experience.
- Experience in Oil and Gas beneficial.
- Professional Qualification eg. MRICS.
- Have experience delivering cost consultancy services.
