Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities - Reporting
• Reporting & Coordination
- Review monthly cost reports and finalize with the team.
- Responsible for the quality of data presented in the reports.
- Prepare the Global report.
- Review reports with the Team leader before issue to the Client.
- Manage and coordinate payment data.
- Take responsibility for the timely publishing of all reports on SharePoint
- Meet with Client’s Management team to ensure reports are understood and review and develop any comments or proposals on areas for improvement
- Budget forecasting – expanding the budget document to incorporate potential liabilities and RISK.
- Coordinate the reporting of contra charge opportunities – CLAIMS.
- Overview off packages, as required, as a peer review for various consultants.
- Update and maintain SharePoint and other reporting mechanisms.
- Present various reporting mechanisms to the Client’s management team
- Development
- Development of new reports to meet the changing reporting environment.
- Revise procedures for work flow between Client and Turner & Townsend to incorporate our systems and the management of data between the systems - procedure alignment (processes).
- Analyze payment and variation procedures and propose changes where prudent.
- Implement approved changes as agreed to by Lusail.
• RIB I Two
- Manage RIB I Two interfaces on reporting and agree the procedure to secure accurate and timely data collation.
- Reconfigure the reporting setup in RIB to suit current needs of the project.
- Contingency management – not just reporting but managing through challenge of change.

Requirements

- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- RICS / MRICS
- 10 years post graduation experience
- At least 3 years on a large infrastructure project in excess of USD 100m (QAR 350m)
- Middle East experience highly desirable but not essential
