The RoleThe RoleMy client is a leading global engineering consultant focussing on infrastructure and transport projects. Currently dominating the Middle East market in this area, they are looking to yet again increase their Senior Quantity Surveyor headcount for roads and highways, despite current economic climate. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for all aspects of pre and post contract duties including cost planning, tender preparation (production of Bills of Quantities), budget and final estimates, variations, final account agreements, contract advisory and subsequent administration. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements The following experience is required for this role - - BSc in Quantity Surveying or MRICS - A minimum 10 Years experience in, out of which at least 2 years in roads and highways - Experience in handling claims - Knowledge of FIDIC and CESMM3 40,000 - 50,000 AED per month |
