Senior Quantity Surveyor - Western Contractor - Excellent Salary
Leading Western Contractor is looking to hire a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to)
Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence.
Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule.
Preparation and review of Order of Costs.
Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation.
Financial Reporting.
Agreement of Re-measurement methods.
Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations.
Preparation of all Agreed Value Valuation (AVV) documentation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate shall be Western educated, with a relevant bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate shall have 10 years post graduate experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Middle East. Previous experience in high-rise building construction/contractor side is a MUST.
