Employment: Full Time

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required in Abu Dhabi, UAE by an EPC Contracting company.

My Client is well known in Power and Water & Drainage projects. Their Clients are AADC, ADDC, ADWEA, ADSSC, ADNOC.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting to the Project Manager. He will be responsible in undertaking full responsibility for quantity surveying activities on allocated contracts, from contract award to agreement of final account, with the objective to maintain financial control of contracts and to increase profitability and cash flow for the company. Also he will carry out & supervise estimating activities involved during pre-tender, post-tender, variation orders and new proposals; studies, evaluates and measures the contractual and financial aspects of a Contract job, whether it is a tender or an ongoing project

Remuneration:
Salary Range: 30K - 40K AED

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years total experience
- Training in Quantity Surveying platforms
- Good Engineering technical knowledge
- Should be familiar with FIDIC & CESMM-3 as required
- Good negotiating skills
- Supervision skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, fair knowledge of Auto Cad
- Very good command of English language

Note: This is an office-based job with site visits as and when required
