Senior Quantity Surveyor

Looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience.

Job Description

- Monitor of the Consultants works while Preparation of Detailed budget cost analysis, Tender BOQ for Residential Towers, Hotels and the like
- Preparation of Tender Analysis report.
- Post tender activities such as verification of Insurance, Performance Bonds, and Certification of Advance payments, Progress Payments, Penultimate Final Account, Final Account, Retention Bond and Release of payments.
- Change Management - Verification of Change Notice, Contract Amendments and managing Extra claims.
- Correspondence to Consultant, Contractors, Various Vendors and Clients regarding various contractual issues, extension of time, settlements, Field Work Instructions Etc.
- The QS should be competent in using of FIDIC terms & POMI
- Liaison with Client, Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractor in Coordination with Project Manager/ Contracts Manager.

Requirements

Candidate with minimum 12 years of experience in quantity surveying.

Should have experience in handling, clients, PM and consultant.

Should be competent in using of FIDIC terms & POMI, preparation of tender analysis report.
