The RoleThe RoleSpanning 3 million square metres Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed-use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt’s first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.Due to the project's fast moving expansion, the Commercial Management Team are looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to support the Commercial Managers in the provision of cost and contract administration services for the residential, commercial, hospitality and infrastructure developments in Cairo Festival City. Your role will include cost management, measurement, variation evaluation services, selection and appointment of consultants and contractors. In addition, processing of payments and administration of agreements and contracts will form a part of your scope. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will have had no less than 5 years experience in a senior commercial role working with contractors, consultants or developers. You will have sound knowledge of construction processes and procedures with the ability to prepare cost estimates and manage all contract administration services. A degree in Construction Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent is required. Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be declined this opportunity. |
