Job description / Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor - (MRICS / MCIArb / MCIOB)
Our client is a well known, international Cost and Project Management Consultancy originating from the UK but with offices worldwide and a particularly strong presence in the Middle East. They have won work with an organization in Qatar responsible for developing infrastructure, hospitality and education projects as they head towards 2022.
They are therefore looking to bolster their existing team in Doha with chartered Senior QSs to work on a variety of large projects.
To apply, you must have a strong background with PQS / Consultancy companies with a solid work history. Those with buildings experience are preferred, but infrastructure biased candidates will also be considered. Middle East experience (not necessarily currently based in the region) is a must for these roles, as is full MRICS, MCIArb, MCIOB chartership.

Requirements
Degree Qualified
Western educated
MUST be chartered - MRICS / MCIOB / MCIArb
Must have at least 2 years Middle East experience
Must have at least 8 years total post graduate experience
Must have a solid PQS background
