RequirementsRequirementsKEO is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors in each of its regional offices to lead QS Services and be part of Project Management teams on large scale building projects. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: Pre-Construction Services: Supervising QS teams preparing BQs; Preparation of Cost Plans Value Engineering Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure; Recommend procurement method for project, and adapt FIDIC conditions to suit tender documents Post-Contract QSs Post contract administration, site-based, under FIDIC contract form Quantity Surveyors We also have positions available in all regional offices as members of Project Management teams. These roles can provide fast track career development opportunities with rapid advancement. Qualification: BSc in Quantity Surveying. Membership of the RICS is preferred Experience in the Arabian Gulf is advantageous, but not essential All applications will be treated confidentially. |
