Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Our client are one of the worlds leading Principal Main Contractors who have in their 120 year history delivered iconic projects across all continents within the Building and Infrastructure sectors. With over 10,000 globally they are renowned for their expertise in design and build as for using highly innovative methods of constructions. Our client has been in the GCC region for over 20 years and have secured a multi billion dollar mixed use development project in Doha Qatar which consists of high rise buildings within the commercial, retail and residential sectors.

They are seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on site and manage sub contractor activities, work with the construction teams and manage EOT/Claims.

Requirements

To be considered for the role you must have a degree in civil engineering or quantity surveyor. You must also have experience of working on Building - Construction projects for a leading main contractor and have at least 10 years experience.

GCC experience is also essential for this role.
