Job description / Role
- Project Financial Reporting;
- Cost Planning;
- Providing procurement advice;
- Client Interaction;
- Insurance Claims;
- Dispute Resolution and Claims;
- Managing QS team with pricing and submitting client variations
- Stakeholder management along with the other duties expected of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 10 years experience in Civil/Construction Industry;
- He must be a degree holder in Civil Engineering;
- Candidate should be fluent in English Language;
- Candidate must be flexible to relocate in UAE/Qatar;
- Building Experience is highly preferred.
