RequirementsRequirementsPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES • To Provide Post Contract project cost control assistance & specialist support to TPQ Development Management team • To evaluate and finalise costs in relation to all project instructions which may result in deviation from Contract Specification for nominated Projects • To evaluate and finalise costs relating to value engineering / alternative materials being provided by the D & B builder • To provide assistance to the Development Team on interpretation of a design and build form contract. JOB REQUIREMENT Qualifications: • Formal Tertiary Qualifications in Building Studies (or similar) with major in Quantity Surveying • MRICS or AAQS qualified Skills, Knowledge and Experience: • Minimum 15 years experience • Analytical skills and Ability to Negotiate are essential • Industry Network with ability to obtain Construction Rates in Local area.
